I signed up with the wrong Discord or wrong email

You do not need to cancel and buy again. Relinking is enough.

Move it to the right Discord account

1. Open your connected accounts on Whop.
2. Find the connected Discord and click the red bin icon to remove it.
3. Click Add Discord and authorize the account you actually want to use.
4. Go to your membership and click Claim Access if it appears.

If Whop keeps signing you into the wrong account

On the Whop sign-in screen, if it suggests an account that is not yours, click Not me at the top and sign in with the correct one. Browsers hold on to the last session, which is what makes it feel stuck.

If you paid under the wrong email

The membership belongs to whichever Whop account paid. Sign in to that account and relink from there. If you genuinely cannot get into that account, open a ticket in #📩・create-ticket and tell us both emails so we can look it up.

Do not buy a second membership to work around this. That leads to two active subscriptions and a refund request.
