Link your Discord to your Whop account

Whop is where you pay. Discord is where you get the alerts. Linking the two is what turns your payment into access.

Steps

1. Open your connected accounts on Whop.
2. Click Add Discord.
3. Authorise the request.
4. Make sure the account shown is the same Discord account you use in this server. If the wrong one is connected, click the red bin icon to remove it first, then add the correct one.
5. Go to your Poke Alerts membership and click Claim Access if it appears.

Your name turns pink once it has worked, and the channels appear.

If the authorise screen just reloads and nothing happens

This is usually one of two things.

• Your Discord email is not verified. In Discord, go to Settings > Account, click your email address, and send yourself a verification code. Then try linking again.
• You are signed into the wrong Discord in your browser. Sign out of Discord in the browser, or use the Not me option on the sign-in screen, then link again.

If it says you have no active membership

Then the problem is which Whop account you are logged into, not the link itself. See I paid with Apple Pay and you cannot find my membership and I signed up with the wrong Discord or wrong email.
