I paid with Apple Pay and you cannot find my membership
Apple Pay often creates your Whop account under your Apple email rather than the email you normally use, which makes the membership look missing.
If you paid with Apple Pay, Whop may have created your account under the email Apple passed along rather than the email you normally use. That includes Apple's Hide My Email relay addresses, which look like something@privaterelay.appleid.com.
The membership is not missing. It is under a different email, so searching for your usual address finds nothing.
How to find it
- Check your email inboxes, including your iCloud address, for the welcome or receipt email from Whop. The address that email arrived at is the one your membership sits under.
- Sign in to Whop with that email.
- Once you are in the right account, link your Discord at connected accounts.
If you use Hide My Email
Look in Settings > Apple Account > Sign in with Apple > Hide My Email on your device to see the relay address that was generated, then sign in to Whop with it.

Open a ticket in #📩・create-ticket, choose Subscription & Access, answer yes to the Apple Pay question, and include:
- every email address the membership could be under
- a screenshot of the Whop receipt or welcome email if you can find it
That lets us search our side properly instead of guessing one email at a time.
