Ask us to cover a product or store

Most of what we monitor today was added because a member asked. If you buy somewhere we are not watching, or collect something we do not track, ask.

How to ask

Open a ticket in #create-ticket and tell us:

• the retailer, with a link to a product page
• the region
• the product or set, if it is a specific one

A link to the exact page helps more than anything else, because it tells us straight away whether the site is one we can watch.

What happens next

If it is something we can monitor, we add it and it starts alerting into the relevant channel. You then pick up the role for it the same way as any other alert, so you are not pinged for it unless you opt in.

Check the current list first

#monitor-list has every retailer we watch, by region. Worth a look before opening a ticket, since coverage is wider than most people expect.

What we cannot always add

Some sites cannot be watched reliably, whether through aggressive bot protection or because they publish no usable stock state. If yours is one of those we will tell you rather than leave the request open.
