I am not getting alerts for a set or store

Work through these in order.

1. Do you have the role?

Alerts are opt in. If you have not selected the role for that set or store, you will not be pinged for it. Go to your region's role channel and check:

Sports, One Piece and other TCGs have their own roles, which is a common gap for people who assume their Pokemon roles cover everything.

2. Is your region set?

If you never picked a region in #🌎・select-region, you will not see the regional channels at all.

3. Is your membership active?

If a payment failed, your roles are removed automatically. Check your orders. See My payment was declined and I lost access.

4. Is Discord muting it?

Check the channel is not muted, and that your notification setting for the server is not limited to mentions only. On mobile, also check Discord is allowed to send you notifications at the OS level.

5. Do we actually monitor it?

Check #👀・monitor-list for the current coverage list.

Still nothing?

Open a ticket in #📩・create-ticket and choose Alerts & Roles. Tell us your region and which specific set or store you are missing, and we can check whether the role is applied on our side.
