Cancel your membership or free trial

You can do this yourself in under a minute, no ticket needed.

Steps

1. Sign in to Whop with the account you paid with.
2. Go to your orders, or Account Settings > Manage Memberships.
3. Select your Poke Alerts membership.
4. Choose the option to cancel or turn off auto renewal.

What happens next

• Cancelling stops future charges. It is not an instant refund.
• You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Your alert roles and channels are removed automatically once the membership ends.

Cancelling a free trial

Same steps. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

If you cancelled but you are still being billed

Two things worth checking first:

• Do you have two memberships? Signing up twice under different emails is common, and cancelling one leaves the other running.
• Is the charge actually from us? There are similarly named services. If your receipt says anything other than Poke Alerts, it is not our charge and we cannot cancel it for you.
